It is hard jumping into the world of business when you are about to graduate. Luckily there are people like Mark Bolander and Tony Greer out there to help make the transition easier.

Boise State University reached out to the Boise plant for help in reviewing resumes that the pending graduates had as well as were on a panel to "interview" them and help them with their interviewing skills. This assistance is invaluable to these students and really helped them with direction and confidence as they go out into the workforce. Questions that were asked ranged from "Give a situation where you had to resolve a difficult situation with a coworker, customer or friend?" or "Describe a time when you experienced organizational change and how did you manage it?" Asking these questions really helped these students get into a mindset of what will be asked and expected during an interview as well as helping them with their responses in a discussion after the interview where Tony and Mark critiqued their answers. This was a great opportunity for the students to be in a comfortable surrounding and find out how they can improve their skills.

Their resumes were also reviewed and help was given to expand and correct on them. Thanks Mark and Tony for caring about the next generation.
