Sometimes meeting someone by chance can completely change your outlook about something. It may take time and/or circumstances to foster a mental metamorphosis, but hey, Rome wasn’t built in a day.

Last September, I was assigned to cover the visit of a mobile tea bar to our area. It was literally touring the country to promote tea drinking and the company. Admittedly, at first, I though my editor was joking. He wasn’t. As I drove into the Byram Shop Rite plaza, there it was: a great big silver, retro camper all gussied up with an awning protruding from the side closest to the store’s entrance.
