Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons of Bigelow “Constant Comment” Decaf tea concentrate (4 “Constant Comment” tea bags steeped in 4 ounces of water for 10 minutes)
- 6 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 ½ teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 2 teaspoons of salt
- 4 ½ cups rice cereal squares
- 4 ½ cups corn cereal squares
- 3 cups bite sized pretzels
- 1 cup roasted salted peanuts
Instructions
Preheat oven to 250 degrees Fahrenheit. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
Mix together corn cereal, rice cereal, peanuts, and pretzels in a large bowl. Place butter in a microwave safe bowl, microwave in 10 second intervals (50-60 seconds total) until melted. Add Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and “Constant Comment” tea concentrate to the butter and whisk until well to combine.
Pour ½ of the butter mixture over the cereal then mix to combine. Pour second ½ of butter mixture over the cereal and mix until fully coated.
Transfer the mixture onto the baking sheets spreading into an even layer.
Bake, stirring every 15 minutes until lightly brown and crisp, about 1 hour.
Cool for 10 minutes on baking sheets before serving.
