Blackberry Gin Fizz

A berry twist on a classic cocktail made with Bigelow Botanicals Blackberry Raspberry Hibiscus.

Steep time 20 minutes
1 cocktail


  • 1 oz Gin
  • 4 oz Blackberry Raspberry Hibiscus Concentrate*
  • .1/2 oz Simple Syrup
  • 2 oz Seltzer
  • Add 1/2 oz. Raspberry syrup or muddle fresh blackberries for a sweeter take**


Add gin, tea, simple syrup, and ice to shaker. Shake until the barrel gets nice and cold, about 20 seconds.    Pour into glass with ice. Top with seltzer.

* Instructions for botancial concentrate - Use 2 tea bags of Blackberry Raspberry Hibiscus Cold Water Infusion per 12 oz. of cold water and steep for 20 minutes.

**If using fresh blackberries, muddle a handful of blackberries, then add to shaker with gin and ice.
