Instructions
Place tea bags into a measuring cup and add 1 ¼ cups hot water. Let brew for 3 minutes. Remove tea bags. Add sugar and stir until it dissolves. To chill place tea concentrate in the freezer for 30-45 minutes. To make a pitcher of four drinks, mix ¾ cup of the cooled tea with ¾ cup of gin and 1 ¼ cups seltzer. Add ice and lemon or orange peels for garnish. To make one cocktail, take three tablespoons (1.5 oz) of the cooled tea and mix it with three tablespoons (1.5 oz) of the gin in a Highball glass. Top with 5 tablespoons (2.5 oz) of seltzer and serve on the rocks, with a twist of lemon or orange.
