Ingredients
- 1 red seedless watermelon
- 1/2 cup fresh mint leaves
- 1 small cucumber
- 2 limes
- 4 oz Bigelow Botanicals Watermelon Cucumber Mint concentrate*
- 1.5 oz White Rum (eliminate for Mocktail)
- 1 oz Simple Syrup
- 1 tbsp fresh lime juice
- 2 oz Seltzer
- 1 oz watermelon juice
Instructions
Muddle watermelon, 3/4 of the mint and 3/4 of the cucumber in bottom of shaker. Add ice and all other ingredients. Shake until cold. Strain into glass with ice. Top with seltzer. Garnish with watermelon, cucumber slice, and a sprig of mint leaves
* Instructions for botancial concentrate - Use 2 tea bags of Watermelon Cucumber Mint Cold Water Infusion per 12 oz. of cold water and steep for 20 minutes.
