Instructions
Bring water to a boil, remove from heat and add tea bags. Allow tea to brew for 5-10 minutes. Remove tea bags; let sit an additional 5 minutes or until cool. Prepare brownies according to package directions, using the tea instead of water. Let brownies cool. Cut into squares. To serve, place brownie square on dish, top with scoop of chocolate chip or other favorite ice cream. Garnish with mint leaf, if desired.
