Ingredients
- 1 - 15oz can unsweetened coconut milk
- 3 tbsp coconut sugar or cane sugar (add more or less to adjust your sweetness preference)
- 6 Bigelow Toasted Coconut Almond Bark tea bags
- 3/4 cup hot water
- 1/4 cup toasted unsweetened shredded coconut
- 3 tbsp toasted sliced almond
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
Instructions
Soak tea bags in hot water and cover for 15 mins. Add coconut oil to a pan and toast coconut and almonds until they look golden in color. Allow to cool. Remove tea bags and squeeze any liquid before discarding. In a blender combine coconut milk, sugar, toasted coconut & almonds and black tea blend about 2 minutes. You can strain out any bits in blender or leave in. Allow liquid a few mins to settle, stir, taste and pour into silicone popsicle molds. Freeze for 8 hours.
