Instructions
Heat water, salt and sugar. Add tea and let steep till water is cool.
Add turkey and let sit in refrigerator 8 to 12 hours. Pull from brine and dispose of brine.
Roast 450 till turkey begins to brown and reduce heat to 300 till internal temperature is 165. Baste every 15 minutes.
Let rest 15 to 20 minutes befor carving
