To make this spritzer at home for just pennies, steep Bigelow Green Tea in water that's just-about-to-boil for 2 minutes.  When cool, add to a spray bottle filled with ice.  The natural antioxidants in tea, when applied topically to the skin, will help prevent and reverse troublesome skin conditions.  For added benefit, spritz a fine mist and allow to dry before applying your favorite sunscreen.
